Returns and Refunds
Our rules about, return and refund, are the following:
- You can contact us about a product that you want to return only whit-in 10 days, that you receive it, then we cannot accept it.
- You can contact us about return and refund ONLY if the product is not as shown on the website (picture) or something is not as described, defective or damaged.
- If you want to return a product, you need to print and attach the original email receipt (confirmation order), where it shows that you have bought that product on our website.
- In order to return the product, it needs to have the original label.
- You need to pay to ship back the product, Brands Off does NOT cover the shipping cost for the return.
- If you ordered the wrong size, contact us, send us an email explaining what you bought and which size would be ideal for you. You will send us the product and we will provide you with the correct size if available, or a voucher of the same value to use on our site.
- Our refund consists of sending to you a coupon code with the same value of the product that you have shipped back. (if you buy a t-shirt and you spend 249.-, you will receive a coupon code that’s worth 249.- that you can spend in our website www.brands-off.com, the cost of shipping is not included)
If you have read all the rules and you have understood them, you can send an email to email@example.com and ask for the address to ship back your product, we will give you all the answers and the help. Then once we receive the product and we are sure that it is in the same conditions as when we have shipped to you, we will send you the coupon code.
