Refund conditions

Brands Off Refund Policy

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of purchase; if 14 days have passed since purchase, you will not be offered any type of refund and/or exchange.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

– Item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.

– The item must be in the original packaging.

– A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

– Only regular priced items can be refunded; Sale items cannot be refunded.

– If the item in question was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return.

Replacement (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to replace the item with another of the same type, send an email to info@brands-off.com and send the item to Artecasa & Brands off Sagl: Via degli Albrici 4, 6830 Chiasso.

Exempt goods

The following items are exempt from refund:

– Gift cards

– Some health and personal care items

Partial refunds are given (if applicable)

– Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.

– Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

– If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

– If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@brands-off.com.

Shipping

– Do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address: Via degli Albrici 4, 6830 Chiasso.

– Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

– Shipping costs are not refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

– Depending on your place of residence, the time it takes to receive the replaced product may vary.

– We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item
